Permanent Roofline Lighting in Pasco County & Tampa Bay
Permanent lighting puts a discreet track of individually controllable lights along the roofline once, so you never put a ladder up in December again — and the house still looks lit on an ordinary Tuesday.
The track mounts in the trim line at the eave, tucked against the fascia or gutter so it reads as part of the roof edge in daylight. At night you choose the colours, brightness and pattern from your phone: warm white for everyday, team colours on game day, whatever the season calls for.
We install it as part of the same roofline we already work on. Because we are the ones hanging the gutters and handling the fascia, the run is straight, the channel is aligned with the gutter line, and there is no second contractor working around our work.

Can permanent lights stay up all year?
That is the point of them. The channel is fixed in the trim line and is designed to be unobtrusive in daylight.
Can I control the colours?
Yes. The lights are individually addressable and controlled from an app, so you can set colours, zones, brightness and patterns.
Can lighting be installed at the same time as new gutters?
Yes, and that is the easiest way to do it — the roofline is already being worked on and the layout can be planned around both.
Will it work on a tile roof?
Yes. Mounting detail changes with the roof and trim type, which we confirm on site.
How is it powered?
The system runs from a low-voltage supply with a transformer at a convenient exterior point. We confirm placement with you before installation.
